I’d booked and paid everything in advance, and even called a week earlier to confirm. Then I arrived to find the place in complete disarray and freshly repainted, with nobody having called to let me know. When I phoned, they kept passing responsibility around, wouldn’t admit their mistakes, and offered no help. I’ve never experienced such terrible service. It’s late at night now, and I’m fed up.
