This is still my usual place in District 3. The apartments are simple but clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is falling apart, and the shared rooftop area is really neglected, but that doesn't put me off.

The rooftop has a nice pool, plus a jacuzzi and gym, and everything else was great. The cleaning service could use some improvement, though.
