La Passion Sai Gon Hotel

Florency and Sarah were amazing, and all the staff and cleaning crew helped make this a great stay. The hotel exceeded what we expected. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, with lots of choices. It's close to the airport, and the amenities are great. The rooftop pool is designed like a beach and has a lovely city view. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

The staff were so welcoming and patient whenever we had a question or needed help. We really appreciated their hospitality. The hotel itself feels new, clean, and well cared for, and it's easy to get around by taxi. Many well-known local attractions are nearby. Breakfast and afternoon tea had different menus each day, and everything we tried was delicious and thoughtfully made. Our stay made the trip memorable. When we visit Vietnam again, we'd choose this hotel first and recommend it to our friends.

This was my second stay here with my family, and the service was 10/10. The rooms are comfortable, and the TV works perfectly, which matters a lot. Everyone on staff was helpful, especially kitty. She took such good care of my two-year-old son, and we'll remember her. Families with kids should definitely consider la passion Saigon hotel.

The staff were attentive, kind, and helpful, but we had a disappointing stay. The room was spacious, clean, and nice, though the mattress was so hard that I didn't rest. Noise was another problem: renovation next door woke us at 6am on the first morning, then at noon there was a rotary hammer in front of the hotel. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was unpleasant. Breakfast had very few options, although the creme brulee was good. For a four-star hotel, I didn't expect an empty minibar with nothing to buy to drink, so each evening we had to remember to stop at a supermarket for water. The pool was just a joke. All in all, it didn't work out for us.
