Long Hostel

The owners were super nice, and the rooms were clean. There are washing machines inside the hostel, so there's no need to look for an outside laundry. I stayed a couple of days and had a really pleasant time. The social area is pretty good, with a nice table for meals, and breakfast was decent, especially the banana pancake and juice. In the dorm there's also a good couch and table for reading, writing, or just lounging.

The family running the hostel are lovely and help whenever they can. It's good value for city prices, right in the center of district 1 but set back from the main road, so it's very quiet. We had a private twin room with a terrace, which was a nice extra. Towels and toiletries were provided, and the towels were changed daily. The room was comfortable, the common areas are pleasant places to relax, and the free breakfast was delicious. There's free drinking water too.

Breakfast was great and free, with a choice of drink, and the staff and family were kind, helpful, and always around. The common areas are quite small, so don't expect a big social scene or to meet lots of people. I had a very good three-night stay at long hostel, tucked away on a quiet little street away from district 1's bustle and noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with AC, a private clean bathroom, a warm shower, and lots of thoughtful little details.

The banana pancakes at breakfast were the best part of the stay, honestly life-changing. The aunties who run the place are so sweet. Rooms are basic and standard, but clean and perfectly fine, though they don't provide towels. The location is extremely convenient, and it's a perfect stay for budget travelers.
