The apartment was clean, the location was great, and laundry service was included. Reception staff were super friendly too. I had a great stay.

The building manager can’t be relied on, and rent is expensive, with very high electricity bills on top of that. There are very large cockroaches, and laundry gets mixed up frequently. When the air conditioner breaks, nothing is done. Residents often can’t use the tables in the entrance because groups of non-residents occupy them. Rooms aren’t cleaned properly, just quickly swept with a broom. During renovations on the first floor, lots of dust came into my room and no steps were taken to address it. Personal belongings left in a room may be thrown away. I’d recommend finding another property.
