Be careful paying by card here. I had cancelled my booking in advance because the typhoon affecting Danang meant we couldn't get to Hochiminh city. The cancellation was accepted, but eight days after our trip the property charged Rs 19000 to my credit card without my consent. I lost Rs 19000. I’ve filed a cyber crime complaint and plan to take legal action. This hotel is a total fraud and visitors should be careful, they’ll grab your money.

I didn’t rent a room here. I asked the receptionist if I could see the rooms first, and she made a big hassle of it, speaking to me in a condescending, rude way. I did see the rooms, and the pictures I’d seen made the place look much better than it did. It’s highly overrated. The low ratings are deserved, and I should have taken the warning to stay away.

The team made me feel valued from check-in through check-out, and the service and attention to guests stood out most. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the facilities were in good condition. My room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my vacation. The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and local activities. Staff were friendly, professional, and happy to help with requests. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to couples, families, or anyone after a pleasant, memorable visit. I look forward to coming back.
