The location made things easy, with a 7-eleven, a park, shops, and Pi Cafe nearby for an inexpensive, tasty meal. The hotel was clean and nicely priced, and our room had windows and air conditioning. The staff were friendly, and the owner helped us with everything, including sharing a taxi number with fares cheaper than Grab. He also let us leave our suitcases there for a week while we went to Singapore. The hotel even has good scales for weighing luggage, which came in handy.

The room seemed affordable at around VND 400,000, but you have to park your motorbike in an outside lot, which costs about VND 100,000 for a long stay. So the price wasn't really affordable after all. Water splashed from the A/C every few minutes and kept me from sleeping. The reception staff weren't friendly either. I wouldn't return.

The service and location were good, and the small place was fine. They should put up a No Smoking sign and set up a smoking area outside.

I booked through agoda with free breakfast, but they said they don't serve it anymore. No free water either, and the one-night price was too high.
