The staff barely paid attention and seemed more interested in their phones. We paid extra for a deluxe room, but were first given a standard one. After complaining several times, we were moved to a room with a bathtub. It smelled strongly of sewage and cigarette smoke, was filthy, and the bathtub didn’t work. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The address was wrong, and it took me forever to find the hotel because it led to the wrong location.
