Nicecy Hotel - Truong Quyen

A handy extra for anyone with a late flight: guests can use a bathroom shower before leaving, which made it easy to freshen up before heading to the airport. The staff were attentive and ready to help throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the beds were honestly the most comfortable I had on my whole trip. A very comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Tom and Hao at reception were both friendly and helpful, but Tom especially went out of his way to make sure things were okay. He helped us arrange our return stay in March and get the room we wanted, since the rooms aren’t all the same. We’re very grateful, thank you, Tom. Our room met our needs, with a balcony and a view. It was clean and comfortable, with a small minibar, complimentary water and toiletries, and a bed we slept well in. The neighborhood has cafes, restaurants, and shops close by. The tourist area is a 25 minute walk, or an easy Grab ride for 31k-60k VND. Nicecy Hotel is good value and reasonably priced. Rooms and windows can be small, as is common across SE Asia, so check the options or ask questions when booking. We liked it enough to book another stay and are looking forward to coming back.

Tom was so lovely and friendly, and went out of his way to help. The rooms are small but well laid out, and the beds and soft pillows gave me a great night's sleep. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay in HCM. Tom really made my trip.

The location is central, with good places for food and coffee on the same street, yet our part of Ho Chi Minh City was quiet. We felt comfortable and would gladly return. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, especially Sophie, who was always there for us and quickly took care of every little issue or request. We had a wonderful stay.
