The way Rachel Apartment handled my mistake felt honest. I arrived in Saigon around 00:00 earlier today, exhausted and hoping to find somewhere cozy for the night. Instead of knocking on doors in district 7, I opened the AGODA APP and quickly booked a room, not realizing the date had already changed. The room’s check-in time was 14:00. They responded quickly and offered me a choice: a refund or a move to another nearby facility. I’ll remember how they helped and hope to visit Rachel Apartment again sometime soon.

When I lived in Hcm, this was one of my favorite apartments in Quan7. The owner was nice and treated customers like they were in a “2nd home.” There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and if you go straight about 1Km, you’ll find SC Vivo.

The service was wonderful. It’s an apartment style place, though they also have a hotel, and there’s a BreadTalk bakery on the welcome floor. I stayed in room 301, which was clean and beautiful. I like things fresh smelling and tidy, so I appreciated being able to ask reception to clean the room every day and to mention anything specific I wanted. Be nice, then nice things will come. A good place to stay in district 7.

The rates are reasonable, and the staff are cheerful and friendly. The rooms have all the basics and are clean, though the decor feels a little worn. It’s about a 300m walk to Vivo City, right in the center of Korean town across from Sky Garden. BreadTalk is downstairs, which makes breakfast and coffee easy.
