The staff were helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even for just one night. I picked it because it was cheap and near the bus I needed, then found the photos weren’t accurate at all. The room was dirty, with dilapidated walls and unclean sheets, and I felt dirty just being in there. It was uncomfortable, so I stayed as little as possible. Cheap doesn’t make these conditions okay. I went in December 2018. Find somewhere else.

The location is nice and handy for onward bus journeys. The one downside is the no-toilet-paper policy, because they say it blocks the drains. It’s the only hotel in Vietnam I’ve come across with this rule. Most have a bin by the toilet for paper. Westerners aren’t used to washing their parts with a jet spray.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the price was OK. I stayed one night in the only room available, on the reception floor, and it was quite noisy, though the room was good and the hot shower excellent. I’d reserved that room for a few days later and left a deposit. When I returned to Saigon, I stayed at another guesthouse and went to cancel. I didn’t expect to get the deposit back, but they returned it!

A good option for backpackers and budget travellers. The receptionist was very accommodating and helped us after a taxi driver scammed us. We got our money back because of him.

The staff were unfriendly and unreasonable, and I had a terrible experience. I tried to cancel because I didn’t like the place, but the desk clerk wouldn’t let me and refused to return my passport. Don’t stay here. Spend the extra two dollars for a much better hostel.
