The location worked well, with plenty of good food within walking distance, and the room was okay for the price. There was some mold in the toilet, and it got noisy when people came back because the doors slammed shut loudly. On my first night the TV didn’t work, and later I found baby cockroaches. I told reception, and they moved me to a different room the next day. When I checked out, they gave me a small souvenir and apologized for the room problems. There were free snacks, water, and yoghurt drinks in the lobby too. It was my first solo trip to HCM, and I had an amazing five-night stay. Thanks to the Chotel staff for making it a good memory. I’d recommend the place and would come back.

The location is excellent for getting to HCMC landmarks and shopping. The hotel was clean and good, and free water meant we didn’t have to buy any. The reception team were very friendly. Ms Linh helped make both check-in and checkout go smoothly.

Restaurants, marts, and shops are all within walking distance, and the hotel is clean, affordable, and has spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Linh and Mr. Lac. They were always smiling and approachable, which made us feel at home. Great service. We’ll book here again when we return soon.

Linh was friendly and very helpful while we were there, and we’d definitely come back. We stayed five nights, with Ben Thanh market and other tourist spots an easy walk away. The free water, laundry, and unlimited snacks were nice extras in such a convenient location.

I’ve stayed here several times and plan to return soon. Food and coffee are close by, and Ben Thanh Market isn’t far. Thanks to Han, Linh, and Hien for their attentive, welcoming service.
