The staff were polite all the time and really tried to help. I had a good stay at beige hotel and would be glad to come back at the end of September.

The hotel was excellent, but what made it stick with me was the care from Victoria and Tom. When I checked out in heavy rain, they gave me an umbrella and walked me right to my Grab car so I wouldn’t get soaked. That kind of thoughtfulness felt real. Victoria had made me feel comfortable from the start. She showed me the room before check-in and explained everything clearly and professionally. She was patient, kind, and attentive, and somehow made a first meeting feel familiar. Both she and Tom were friendly and professional throughout, and the atmosphere they created felt personal rather than just transactional. I’d happily recommend Beige Hotel to anyone visiting Saigon. Thanks to Victoria and Tom for making yesterday’s stay special. I’ll remember your kindness and hope to return.
