Whenever I’m in Ninh Binh, this is where I choose to stay. It’s peaceful and cozy, with clean, comfortable rooms and thoughtful design. The staff are so welcoming and hospitable, and always make me feel at home. Thanks for the kindness and great service. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The accommodation was good and there’s a pool, but breakfast was only mediocre. They charged us 100,000 VND for a dirty towel. My son had used it to step out of the shower because there was no bath mat or spare towel there, and he didn’t want to leave the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. The dirt came from their floor, so they should have provided a mat or kept that floor cleaner before charging us. If you stay here, be careful not to get their towels dirty or they’ll make you pay.

The hotel is in a handy spot, about a 5 minute walk from Hoa Lu ancient town, Ky Lan lake, Tu An Tower, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s large and clean, with spacious rooms, a lovely view, and a reasonable price. The owner and staff were gracious, polite, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Mr. Minh and Ms. Van. I highly recommend BVM hotel.
