The family who run this gorgeous little old place were so welcoming and friendly. It’s a quaint spot, very close to hua lu ancient village, and staying there felt authentic 😁

The owners were so friendly and enthusiastic during my few days at this homestay on a study trip to Ninh Binh. It was convenient for getting around and visiting attractions, and the price was really reasonable. I stayed nearly a week, so you can tell how good it was. With this review, the owners will probably figure out who stayed here, hehe 🤣🤣

I found this homestay through a girl’s TikTok review saying the owners were really sweet and enthusiastic. She was right. They’re attentive and my friends all praise them. The rooms are clean, prices are reasonable, and it’s right on the main road, so getting a taxi or Grab is easy. As a student trying to travel on a budget and stay somewhere decent, I’d definitely recommend it! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

The room prices are very reasonable, and the owners are friendly and helpful. They suggested places to eat and visit, helped me rent a motorbike, and ordered local specialties for me. I’d recommend getting a room with a window for better ventilation.

I was really lucky to book a room I liked. The owners were so friendly and easygoing. If you’re going to Ninh Bình, you should book this home. It’s very close to the old quarter.
