Tam Coc Westlake Homestay - Hostel

We had a late train, so for a small charge we kept our room longer. The owners were so accommodating and always willing to help, and everything we needed was close at hand. It's family-run, reasonably priced, and tucked down a clean, quiet street in a perfect location. Our family of five really enjoyed our time and will be sad to leave. The rooms were spotless, with fresh towels and water each day. Breakfast was delicious every morning, the coffee was amazing, and the cocktails were just as good. We hired electric bikes for the day and got maps and advice on local activities. Highly recommend this lovely homestay.

The place is quiet and beautiful, and Phou and his family were a big help with arranging our tour and transport to the next city. Our rooms were large and clean, with big beds, and the bathroom and shower felt great after a long walk around the area. Breakfast was included and all of it was tasty, especially the coconut coffee. I'm only in the first week of my three-week Vietnam trip, and I can already tell this will be my favorite stay. A great family home, 10/10. Thanks again, I'd recommend it x10.

We spent a few days here to rest between Hanoi and our trip south. The location made it easy to walk around town, explore caves, temples, the nearby area, and a few trails, then come back to a quiet place. The owners could have arranged activities for us, but we were mostly unwinding and didn't use those services. We booked the cheapest room, nearest the kitchen, and even so it stayed quiet with no disruption. Breakfast was something I looked forward to each day, with eggs, crepes made different ways, shakshuka, coffee or tea including salted and coconut coffee, plus other options, juice or a milkshake, and a little fruit tray. It was a lovely stop, and the hospitality made both of us smile every day.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. The owners' family were incredibly welcoming and always ready to lend a hand. The spot was quiet but still close to the village center and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
