The pool was pretty and well maintained, and the bathroom in our room looked gorgeous. We stayed in a quiet private alley, but could still walk to central Hoi An in a short time. Everything was clean, and our host was wonderful. The taxi pickup was convenient and cheap. I appreciated the sustainability touches, like the bamboo toothbrushes and organic waste bins. There was complimentary tea and coffee, plus plenty of water in jugs to refill reusable bottles from the fridge. One small snag: the TV said Netflix and Disney were no longer compatible. Still, we felt so welcome here and absolutely loved the stay. Highly recommend!

We felt at home straight away thanks to the warm, friendly welcome. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. I especially liked the body soap. We loved it! ❤️

We had a comfortable bed and a really spacious top-floor bedroom. Flamingo was close to the night market, restaurants, and nightlife, but far enough away that we couldn’t hear them. The host was wonderful and offered lots of helpful ideas for things to do and see. I booked a couple of outings with them. The cycle tour was a great few hours in the sun, especially since I hadn’t ridden a bicycle in 20 years. The Memories Show was an unexpected highlight. We had a lovely four-night stay. Thank you very much!

Filtered water stations, a communal fridge, and a kitchen guests could use made things especially convenient. My room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, and the property was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, too. It was a simple stay that worked perfectly for my needs and even exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient.

The property was clean and well maintained, with a really nice atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings in Hoi An. I’d definitely come back, and would recommend it for the great service.
