We had a great exchange with Diem before arriving, and being able to check in early was a real help. My partner especially appreciated having a proper door on the bathroom. The hotel is right on the walking street, close to everything, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Diem helped us arrange a city tour during our few nights at the hotel. Things got complicated along the way, but she helped us through it all and everything worked out perfectly. She's the best receptionist! If you want to do the loop, book with her!
