The location is A+, close to pretty much everything and only a short walk from the beach, where the hotel has its own section. We had a great time in Nha Trang and felt the hotel made for a heightened experience. Our room was incredible, spacious, thoughtfully set up, and had every amenity we needed. The WiFi had an issue, but once we mentioned it, they fixed it right away and the connection was great. Breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of variety. All the staff were welcoming and went out of their way for everyone. They greeted us with a smile and hello whenever we crossed paths, and were lovely to chat with too. To put it simply, the hotel feels like the epitome of elegance.

We found the rooftop pool amazing, the rooms comfortable, and the location just right, close to the beach and everything we needed. Potique Hotel Nha Trang was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. It was such a relaxing stay, and we'd happily come back.

We spent two days at the potique hotel and loved its atmosphere and interior. Pham Thanh and Le Chuong were kind and ready to help in any situation. Their enthusiastic manner made a big impression on us. Thank you so much, I won't forget those memories!

The location is good, WiFi was okay, and most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good in principle, with Pho and an egg station, but it started early and food wasn't replenished. Orange juice was gone by 8:30 one morning, a boy took all the meat from one dish another day, and some hot items were barely warm. The service felt hit and miss, and no one told us basic things like where breakfast was or the WiFi password. We had to chase up an iron that took three hours to arrive. For this level of hotel, I'd expect one in the room. The beach area was dirty, short on beds, and the beds were in disrepair. Noise was another problem: we could hear sounds from inside and outside, woke at 5 am to a brass band in the main square, and heard local bars at night. The Potique Hotel feels like it's in decline.

I'm about to have a late checkout, and this is somewhere I'd really like to stay again if I return to Nha Trang. The location is so nice, the water quality is good, and the staff are kind. I'll remember the dinner the hotel provided for a long time. Thanks to all the staff!
