Cuu Long Phu Quoc Resort

A lovely place, and Khan was a very attentive host who was easy to reach whenever needed.

The clean beach and great view were the only good parts. The rooms weren’t very nice, the air conditioning didn’t work well, the doors wouldn’t lock, and the bed had stains of unknown origin. Customer service was awful. I was getting my things together to check out an hour or two early, but staff were already waiting at the room door as if trying to rush us out. I’d paid for the room, yet they treated me like I was asking to stay for free. The service people were rude. Worst experience here, never again.

Avoid this place, it felt like a rip-off. They call it a resort, but it isn’t. They advertise WiFi, but it didn’t work and they just said so without even trying to fix it. Service was terrible, and there was nobody at the pool bar. Only one elevator worked, and the rooms smelled. The nearby beach was dangerous because the waves were too strong.

I was on a tour with VietTravel, and this was a terrible hotel. The food was okay, but the tablecloths were old and dirty. My bed sheet had blood stains and the blanket had a yellow stain. The facilities were falling apart. Some guests also complained that the water faucets and sink were old and broken.
