We stayed two nights and had a great experience. The rooftop was a highlight, since we could watch the fireworks from up there. The location is strategic and makes getting around easy. Our room was comfortable, if a little small, and came with complete facilities, including a kettle, iron and hairdryer. The receptionist was friendly and helpful throughout. For the price and location, it’s definitely worth a stay.

The reception staff were very helpful, and Sunset Town Square is just 50 meters away. Our room at cybele was clean and had the basic amenities. The view of Kiss Bridge from the window was the best part. From the terrace at 7 PM, you can also see the fireworks show clearly.

The food was clean and tasty, and the bread was fresh. The sweet lady selling Vietnamese sandwiches gave great service and was very nice. Hotel staff were courteous, polite and spoke English, so communication was easy. No hidden fees or nonsense, just a top-notch crew.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. It was a little small, but perfectly fine. We’d been moved to another hotel and room, and the staff kindly arranged the one with the best view after we asked. They were very helpful and kind.

Kim, thank you! The owner was so friendly and helpful, and that personal touch made a real difference. We had a fantastic stay at Cybele Sunset Hotel, with outstanding service. At night, you can see the fireworks clearly from the rooftop. I’ll be back someday, and would recommend this place in Phu Quoc for its service.
