I had a great stay, thank you! The staff were kind and helpful the whole time, and the manager was very attentive. Thanks to Hamlet for helping me with my passport issue too 🙏 The room was wonderful, and the view was beautiful 🙏

A horrible experience. They seemed to be trying to cheat us, held us at reception for an hour, and clearly didn't know what they were doing. They don't take cards at reception because the machines are broken or the receptionist doesn't know how to use them. The receptionist seemed completely incompetent, and there didn't appear to be any other staff in the building. They tried to charge us 1.2m VND for renting a bike for 2 days. The bike had a flat tire when they gave it to us. We returned it so they could fix it, and they charged us 650k for the flat tire. Cheats and thieves.

A simple motel at an affordable price, and the owner is a lovely woman.

The place was clean and tidy. The interior had a few issues, though 🙄
