The garden on the way to the bungalow is a tropical paradise, full of flowers and palm trees, and the sunsets are stunning. Kim, the owner, is lovely and seems to know everyone and everything on the island. She speaks perfect English and French, so this is a great choice if you don’t speak Vietnamese. The beach is beautiful and the water clean, and the rooms are spacious with very high ceilings. Kim's Bungalow is right on the best stretch of beach, farther from the city and its sewage dumping than some other resorts. Breakfast was good too.

The owner was really friendly, and the breakfast area had a nice feel to it. The coffee was fantastic. I’d only suggest making the bungalow a bit warmer inside, maybe with a plant or some cozy lighting.

Walking to the nearby market and restaurants was easy, and the beach and sea were clean and lovely for a swim. I stayed in the mini house in front of the beach at Phu quoc Kim bungalow, and the atmosphere, with those sunrises and sunsets, was hard to believe. Kim, the owner, is so lovely and welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. Just be aware that mosquitoes can depend on the time of year and humidity. Even so, my stay was perfect.

Kim is a wonderful host who makes delicious food, coffee, and juice from fresh ingredients. The bungalows are cozy and looked after every day. Waking up here by the sandy beach, with crystal clear water, was hard to beat. We had such a good stay that we’re reluctant to leave.
