LuckyStar Hotel

This is a new, well-equipped hotel, and everything was clean. I first booked a bungalow, but it was cute and too tiny, so I moved to a VIP room on level 5. The pool is on that floor too, though its hours meant it didn’t disturb me. The front desk and pool staff were both very helpful, and they spoke English. Good quality for the price. I’ll definitely come back.

Good service, and I think the hotel is worth booking. My only complaint is the poorly designed mug. It looked dirty, with coffee grounds left inside.

The hotel itself was nice, but my room didn’t have a window. Our group stayed on the second and third floors, and every night there was knocking at the door that carried on until nearly morning. It happened to the whole group. The staff seemed used to hearing about it and just laughed it off. You know what kind of hotel this is. I wouldn’t dare stay again, and thinking about it still scares me.

I paid 1000k for a bungalow, thinking breakfast was included. There was no real selection, just two or three options, and none of them were inedible. I realize it may have been a low-occupancy day, but I regretted booking two nights and initially didn’t plan to return. I travel here regularly for work. After I edited my review, the manager explained the breakfast issue and sorted it out. On the second night they moved me to a larger room as an apology. I appreciate the manager’s attention and sincere apology, and I’ll stay here again when work brings me to the area.
