Legacy Yen Tu - MGallery

We’ve now visited Legacy twice. The convenient location worked well for our transfer from Cat Bi airport, and everything about the space was amazing for a rejuvenating getaway. Front desk and housekeeping were very professional, and check-in and checkout were quick. We had two spa visits, and every treatment felt special. The therapists’ skills and care were outstanding. Thanks to Nha, Linh, and Thao for the great treatments. The spa manager was very professional as well ☺️. Breakfast was the letdown. One server was rude and seemed dismissive, probably a newbie, and I was really unhappy with that service 😢. The restaurant manager handled the situation excellently. Last time I got tea and snacks before bed, but not this time 😊. There’s still a tiny bit of regret about the customer service, and I hope the next visit is a perfect experience.

I’d definitely come back. I hadn’t slept enough for weeks after my Father died, but on our first day here I felt at peace and slept amazingly, away from the noise and chaos. We ended up extending our stay for a few more nights. Mornings were especially lovely thanks to Hanh’s beautiful smile welcoming us at breakfast. She was kind, attentive, and friendly, and made us feel comfortable and cared for. Those little gestures made the stay more memorable. The property feels peaceful and spiritual, surrounded by mountains and nature. Its Vietnamese heritage inspired architecture and atmosphere make the experience feel luxurious and meaningful. Everything, from the rooms to wellness and dining, was thoughtfully done. Waking up to quiet, misty mornings felt surreal, like being in another world. The staff were warm and caring throughout, and the whole stay was unforgettable. If you want to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy tranquility with comfort, it’s a special place worth visiting.

The hotel has great facilities and is one of the most decorated places I’ve ever visited. It’s a relaxing base for a short trip in Yen Tu, surrounded by nature both outside and in the hotel. There are great activities in the area, and staying here makes the climb a little shorter, though it’s still 3km and most of the elevation.

Legacy Yen Tu is a rare find for a family with both young kids and elderly parents. Our stay worked seamlessly for everyone, and it felt worth the money for the quality, design, and service. The architecture is breathtaking and serene. Kids especially loved the “Nuong Village” area, the traditional craft workshops where they made conical hats and bamboo dragonflies, and the evening cultural shows. With no TVs in the rooms, we spent more time connecting as a family. The staff were incredibly attentive, and everyone enjoyed the food at Tho Quang restaurant. A peaceful, culturally rich escape from the city that I’d highly recommend for families.
