The room rate is reasonable, and breakfast is served across the street at Co Ba restaurant, a proper, really nice restaurant run by the same company as Co Ba Hotel. The included breakfast has just six choices, though. Hot water in the shower takes a few minutes to warm up. Payment is cash only, but an ACB (Asia Commercial Bank) ATM is close by, just past the Co Ba restaurant, about 23 meters from the hotel entrance. If you’re staying more than one day, talk to the receptionist after paying for the first day and negotiate. The usual walk-in rate is about 27% higher than the online rate: 829,000 VND online compared with 650,000 VND off-line.

The room was fairly neat and had a good view. But whatever they use to clean the floor smelled like raw meat. Ugh, I felt like throwing up, especially since I’m allergic to meat.

The room was small but clean, and the location was easy to find and quiet. Front desk service was warm and friendly, and they gave useful information.

The room was clean and roomy, and the price was reasonable. There’s a minimart and an Indian/halal restaurant, Alibaba, just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

It’s good enough, but breakfast isn’t included. There’s a smell in the toilet, which is a weak point. It needs an upgrade soon.
