Hotel Laimoa

The website photos seemed heavily edited and didn't show the property's real condition or appearance. We also had issues with the services we were supposed to receive. We were put in a section without a TV or Wi-Fi, even though both were advertised in our reservation, and then told we’d have to pay extra. Other family members on the same booking got a better section with everything included. The towels in our room were badly stained, looking like blood, so I asked for replacements. Later I saw other guests had towels with the hotel logo, while ours were worn, poor quality, and clearly different. The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but when my husband and I asked for one at departure, we were told it had stopped running long ago. Other relatives staying longer later got the shuttle without any trouble. We were told the owner had denied it because they didn’t like me. It felt like services depended on personal preference rather than what guests had paid for.

We stayed at Laimoa in September 2025 as a family of five, and it worked perfectly for us. The breakfasts were delicious, the location suited us well, and the rooms were spotless. Laundry service was really convenient, too. The service was excellent, and we highly recommend staying here.

We spent one night in the new building at Hotel Laimoa. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were very accommodating, thank you. It did take about ten minutes for the shower water to get warm.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The hotel was new and very clean, and breakfast was wonderful. Niu and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
