Gazi was extremely courteous, helpful, and nice, and spoke perfect English. When we had no internet on our phones and couldn't find the hotel, he arranged for a driver to pick us up where we were. He also walked us to a good place when we asked for restaurant suggestions. The price was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the internet worked fine. Parking was fine too, though it meant a healthy 50-meter walk.

We arrived after hours and got a warm welcome. There was no elevator, but the hosts helped carry our luggage up to our second-floor room, which had a beautiful view. They were very helpful and spoke perfect English if needed. The room wasn't especially big, but it was clean, and the wifi, fridge, and hot water all worked well. After full days out, the comfortable bed and sheets were a great place to land. It's quiet and conveniently located in the middle of the city. We'd return and highly recommend it.

Right in the heart of the city, the terrace offered mesmerizing mountain views and was a real highlight. My room was impeccable, and I was captivated by the scenery. I had an incredible stay and would highly recommend it for a memorable experience.
