Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina

The sushi was really good, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. We had a wonderful time here. It’s right on the main strip, and wow, the place is swanky. The spa is amazing.

My mum and I stayed here for my birthday, and I’m so glad we chose it. The rooms, service, and amenities all felt worthy of a five star hotel, and the spa on its own was fantastic. It’s a great spot for walking around, especially now that rama has closed off half the city’s roads.

The rooms are huge, airy, and really comfortable, and the staff are friendly and super helpful. There’s a wow factor all through this fantastic hotel. Pristina is also a beautiful place to explore on foot, with great food and drink and plenty to see and do.

The pool and sauna were among my favorite parts, along with the food and location. I stayed at the Swiss Diamond in Prishtina for two weeks in April, and the experience was so good that I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. This review is late because I’m only now catching up after all my travels. I like the old school feel of the hotel. The food was above average for a hotel, and I tried nearly everything on the menu. There’s also a sushi restaurant attached, and it was decent. The pool and spa have two saunas, a steam bath, Turkish bath, and ice plunge, if that’s your thing. The staff keep the area clean throughout the day. Sometimes there’s live music in the bar, which is a relaxing place to have a drink. A few things could be better. The rooms should have a proper espresso pod machine instead of that powder 3-1 stuff. The jacuzzi isn’t hot enough. The pool area is large, with plenty of space for families without disturbing other guests, but I found only 50% of the families there to be respectful. They may need stricter policies for guests with children. I don’t blame the kids, I blame the adults without a brain or any regard for basic politeness. I loved my stay and will be back.
