Belertin, the manager, was the best part of our stay. He was so kind and helpful, and arranged a room with enough space for us to maneuver a wheelchair. That made a real difference, especially since the hotel doesn't have a fully accessible bathroom for disabled guests. The room was clean and roomy, with a walk-in shower and even a jacuzzi, and we could use it comfortably with the wheelchair. There are ramps into reception and the restaurant, plus a lift and on-site parking. The hotel also has a restaurant and café bar. We had a great stay, and Belertin's care made it memorable.

The staff were always ready to help with my questions and requests, and their care made me feel at ease and welcome the whole time. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel's facilities were modern, well kept, and had the conveniences I needed, even for personal issues. I was greeted with smiles and extra care as soon as I arrived. I'm grateful to everyone for the hospitality and excellent service. Hotel Albatros is a great choice for a relaxing stay, and I'll be back.

A car is really useful here since the hotel is outside Prizren. Without one, it's about a half-hour walk to the bus station and another half hour to the castle. The setting is lovely if you like nature, though. The hotel is clean and nice, and the staff are polite, friendly, and know some basic English.

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, so I can't bring myself to give it 2 stars. Still, the hotel itself doesn't match the ratings it gets, 5 stars on Google Maps and 4 on Booking. It's an old, cheap place that hasn't been renovated in a while, and the beds are in pretty bad shape.

Free parking too. The staff were really friendly, kind, and helpful. My room was very clean, the AC worked great, and the toilet was extremely clean and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.
