Premium Park Hotel

The reception staff were friendly, and the hotel has free parking right out front. For Kosovo, the spa is decent, with an indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna. It’s outside the city center, about a 20 to 25 min walk to the main square. The hotel is rather new, but things already look and feel a bit worn out. The rooms are on the small side, and I think a few changes could make the place much better. Breakfast was all right, though several details bothered me. Tables weren’t set with plates, cutlery, or napkins. For a 5 star hotel, that’s not acceptable. Guests have to make their own coffee at a machine, and it comes in a paper cup, which made me feel like I was at a gas station ⛽️. There’s a nice bar attached to the breakfast room, so why not serve fresh coffee from the good machine in a proper cup? The fried eggs were cold.

We spent a weekend here with our family, and the stay was very disappointing. The room itself was acceptable, but the AC was extremely noisy overnight and made it hard to sleep. Staff were arrogant and unhelpful, and the management was poor. Before booking, I specifically asked if children could use the main pool and was clearly told yes. After we had paid, we were told children couldn’t use it, even if they could swim. They were limited to a tiny pool, about 1 x 1.5 meters, that was only big enough to get wet in, not swim. Its water was cloudy, there seemed to be no proper filtration, and it smelled strongly of fish. Oddly, adults used this little pool more than children. One of our room key cards didn’t work at all, which made it very hard to get in and out freely. If you’re traveling with children, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. If you want a terrible stay, this “hotel” might be the right choice. Otherwise, avoid it.

The manager was even less professional than the staff. He acted as if we had entered his private home uninvited, though we’d paid a significant amount to stay there. There was no willingness to help and no customer focused attitude. From the moment we arrived, staff were rude and arrogant, treating us like an inconvenience. Even simple questions got dismissive, disrespectful answers. The hotel also has hidden rules that aren’t shared before booking, only disclosed after payment, when guests are already stuck with conditions they weren’t told about. It feels intentionally misleading and dishonest. This place lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy. It doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel. If you value respect and honesty, avoid it at all costs.

The location worked well, close to the city center while still peaceful. At Premium Park Hotel in Prizren, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prizren.
