The photos make the outside look lovely, but that's where it ends. This is ultra budget and ridiculously noisy. It's right on the highway, so don't get conned. Even the fridge, air con, TV and lights make a huge amount of noise. The main road is right there too, and the doors have no insulation, so you hear reception and everyone else.

Breakfast was spot on, and the price was really affordable. The staff were so friendly 😍😍😍 and everything I needed was taken care of. I’ll definitely stay again when I get the chance 😁😁😁

We had a great stay at De Akker. The staff were both capable and friendly, and we’ll definitely come back next time we need a place to stay.

The music from a nearby venue has been blaring for hours, and it’s now 1am with no sign of it easing up. This is the second night in a row. The location gets zero from me for that. Don’t book here if you need to sleep.

I keep choosing this place for overnight stays. The rooms are tidy and clean, the breakfast is wholesome, and the staff are friendly and ready to help.
