The location in Bantry Bay is great, with a sweeping view over Cape Town’s ocean from high up the mountain. It’s about a 15-minute walk down to the waterfront promenade. The hotel feels like a luxurious home, and the personal service is beyond amazing. Russel, Marnie, and their friendly team made sure we were very well looked after. An amazing boutique hotel, worth every penny.

We had a large room and a super comfortable bed, and the dinner was delicious. Breakfast and the daily happy hour drink were lovely extras too. Russ, Marnie, Giorgia, and all the staff were incredible and made our stay special. The hotel feels intimate and luxurious, but also like home from the moment you walk in. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Cape Town. Thanks so much, 52 De Wet!

Marnie, Russel, and the team made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout the stay. The little touches really made the trip, and the service was incredible. The facilities are stunning, with wonderful views and a perfect base for seeing Cape Town and the surrounding area. What an amazing hotel, a true five-star experience. We’ll definitely return to 52 de wet.

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was generous with something for every taste. Our enormous suite had a vinyl player in the living room, which was a nice touch. Superb hotel. We’ll try to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the private pool.
