The breathtaking views are a real highlight, and Barrister house is modern, well equipped, and up to standard, with excellent wifi. The cleaning service is a big plus as well. It's very well situated. If you're after a quiet, relaxed weekend with all the amenities, this is the place to be :-)

I loved every minute here. The house is beautiful and well cared for, with lovely nature all around it. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, plus a separate flat with another bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. It's self-catering, with washing machines and other amenities in both spaces, and a big outdoor stoep with braai facilities.

The kids were happiest in the private jacuzzi, while we could sit on the stoep and keep an eye on them. The cleaning lady was friendly, made the beds, and cleaned the braai. Inside, everything was spotless and neat, with fresh-smelling rooms, lovely decor, comfortable beds, and white linen. The house had everything we needed for a weekend, and the restaurant list sent before we arrived was a thoughtful extra. Communication beforehand was excellent too. Best family accommodation we've had in Clarens. We'd definitely come back, and the Oosthuizen Family had a great stay.

A comfortable family home in a peaceful estate, with room for a group of up to 10. It's close to town, where there are plenty of shops for tourists, and a good choice of outdoor activities nearby. A great base for getting away with friends or family.

The mountain and garden views are lovely, and the self-catering home is spacious, clean, and stunning. Barrister House is definitely somewhere to stay when visiting Clarens. See you again soon!
