We usually choose the double / twin room. It's spacious, has everything we need, and opens to its own entrance at the front as well as a door onto the patio and pool. The place is always tidy and good value. I also love the setting: a quiet suburb, close to Durban's main beaches and the casino, and only 15 minutes from uMhlanga Rocks. The host is always great.

The host keeps things respectful for everyone, and the property felt secure. Even with other guests around, it stayed quiet. Our room had what we needed, the bed was comfortable, and air-conditioning was a blessing. Breakfast was yummy, the staff and host were friendly, and having the pool and lapa to relax under was a treat. There was also a TV with DSTV !
