77 on Erica

The room was very nice, but the peacocks made a mess on the porch and were disruptive. The caretaker seemed to watch everything on camera the whole time, which gave the impression that they don’t trust guests. There was no parking space on the premises, and cars often blocked the entrance. The advert said the place was pet friendly, but when we arrived we were told that was a mistake. Very unfortunate. We’d travelled 700 km and had no alternative.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were friendly faces everywhere. The people here are special, kind, and generous. Best service! 77 will be seeing a lot more of us.

For private hosting, this place is on another level, just below a hotel. The view is incredible, and the hospitality is amazing. It’s fully furnished, with air conditioning and a TV.

The B&B is super clean and has all the amenities you could need, whether you’re travelling for business or on vacation. A divine breakfast is available too, and tours can be arranged if needed. The person who helped me was the friendliest I’ve ever met and was ready to assist with anything. The setting in Heatherlands, in the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountain, is awesome. This lovely part of Eden George has incredible mountain views, and I couldn’t stop taking hundreds of photos. It’s also close to town and the Go George Bus stop, and early morning walks are a must. 77 on Erica is very well priced, so everyone can afford a comfortable night or two, or three. I’m sure you’ll want to stay for a week or two!
