After a long day at the hospital with our two kids, all we wanted was a proper night's rest. We were really disappointed when we arrived and saw that the place looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. We had to cancel and are still waiting to hear about getting our payment refunded. The location isn't great either. Maybe it used to be, but not anymore. We understand people need extra cash these days, but they should upgrade the place and change the advert so guests know what they're paying for beforehand.

The place felt rundown and wasn't very clean, and noisy contractors carried on late at night. The parking area is very small. During our six-day stay, we got one hot shower, and that was only after complaining. The electricity kept tripping, and in the middle of winter there was just one thin duvet and no spare blankets. It was self-catering, but there were only two pans and no pots. Our room's TV didn't even work. I wouldn't recommend it as a holiday accommodation destination.

Management were friendly and professional, and the place was easy to find. It's clean, comfortable and good value for money, a five-star accommodation. I'd encourage anyone to visit.

I enjoyed my one-night stay. The host welcomed me, and my room was ready even though I checked in an hour early. The place was nice and clean, and had everything I needed, including an iron for my interview in PE.

Management really exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, helpful and, most of all, accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back next time I'm in Gqeberha. 👌 👏 👍 ☺
