It was my first visit, but the way everyone treated me made me feel right at home. Shirley is especially caring and friendly; you can hear that she enjoys working with people and knows her business. Johnnie even invited me to the New Year's party, though I was too tired to go. The place was neat, the bedding smelled fresh, and I slept like a baby.

Brenda made breakfast look lovely, and the homemade jams were gorgeous. The guesthouse also has cozy comforts, delightful homeware, and is fully equipped for paraplegic visitors. We slept peacefully and enjoyed the stewed fruit and scrambled eggs. It has a warm, homely self-catering feel.

We loved staying here. The B&B is beautifully furnished and comfortable, on a quiet street, and close enough to walk to the center. There were also some very interesting books to read.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms feel thoughtfully arranged. I also appreciated the wheelchair-friendly setup, with an accessible shower and toilet. We experienced great hospitality.
