Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Room 1's kitchen reeks of mould, and the oven had old, dirty pans with oil still in them. The place is falling apart. I hope the health inspector visits.

The setting is really beautiful, and this is pretty solid self-catering accommodation. Everything was clean and adequate. But the cabins share dry walls, so noise and privacy are a concern. The shower wasn't great either, and the curtains let in a lot of light.

The view is stunning, and I'd definitely stay again. The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable, and Barbara was friendly and helpful. You can hear people next door through the dry walls, but it didn't cause us any trouble.

The view from our room and patio was absolutely stunning. The owners were welcoming, and the room was neat and clean, with plenty of extra blankets, just what we needed. We were there for the Knysna MTB and could walk to the race venue, which meant we didn't have to hassle with parking. I'll definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and the views were beautiful, but it was hard to sleep comfortably with no fans, air conditioning, or mosquito protection. The mosquitoes were as big as Daddy Long Legs. The bedside lights weren't connected properly for reading at night, and the bad loadshedding in the area didn't help. There were no generators.
