It's a short drive to the Heads, the "Isles" and the waterfront. The hosts were really friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a lovely view while eating breakfast on the balcony.

The breakfast was a real letdown, totally underwhelming. The rooms feel a bit run down, with old bathroom fittings. The shower over the high bath is NOT suitable for older guests. The owner said staff are now available to clean rooms and make the beds in the morning. I would NOT recommend this property at all.

I love visiting Knysna, and Stellata is my favourite place to stay. Nicky is a superhost, so friendly and obliging, and always goes the extra mile. The pooches were very cute too.

The host made our one-night stay special with all the local knowledge they shared. Breakfast was special too. We were glad we stayed here.
