The lodge staff and managers were so friendly and ready to help whenever we needed it. Our room was clean, well kept and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge and AC. We also enjoyed delicious food at the restaurant. Wildlife roams freely around the area, so animals sometimes come by. It was a great experience, and I can’t wait to return. Thanks to the whole Turaco Lodge team for making our stay memorable. I’d recommend this lodge to anyone.

Turaco was just right for our trip to explore Kruger National Park. My wife and I loved the accommodation, pool, food and staff. Everything was amazing. Big thanks, and we can’t wait to go back!

Having breakfast alongside zebras, Kudu and Impala was a one of a kind experience. Everyone was lovely, from the owner to the cleaning staff, and the food and place were amazing. Just be ready for an extra early start if you want to reach Kruger when it opens.

The wildlife around us made our morning coffee feel special, and the local food was delicious, made with love. Dirk also gave us an unforgettable safari and taught us so much about the animals and birds. All the staff were attentive and friendly, and treated us like family, going out of their way to make the holiday memorable. I don’t even have the words for how amazing it was. This will always feel like our home away from home. Thank you, Marcel and family. We can’t wait to return, and to see you again in The Netherlands!

Our two-night stay was great, with really good food, very nice staff and super comfortable rooms. The full-day game drive with Dirk is something we’ll probably never forget. He was a world-class guide.
