We only spent two nights here for a wedding, but the cottages had everything we needed for a weekend or longer. The gardens are immaculate and the views are lovely. Our hosts were very friendly. There’s Wi-Fi but no TV, which I didn’t miss, and I’d happily visit again.

The chalets were clean, comfortable and really lovely, and the views were beautiful. The owners were helpful and friendly too. The nearby little town is picturesque, and its people were just as welcoming. I’d definitely return to this lovely place.

We spent all Saturday sightseeing, and it was worth packing comfortable takkies for the walking. Michelle gave us a route map of places to see, and everything is within walking distance. After a busy, noisy city life, the quiet here was something else. Michelle and Jeroen were so welcoming, and the cottage had that cute, clean “Farm Life” feel with all the essentials, plus a braai area and pool for cooling off. I’d highly recommend Long Acres Farm when visiting Montagu.

Jeroen pointed me towards some great MTB trails, which my wife and I really enjoyed. We came to Long Acres Guest Farm to get away from our busy routine and recharge, and it felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting has amazing views, and we woke up to donkeys, alpacas and other animals. Michelle and Jeroen welcomed us warmly, and the cottages are lovely. We’ll definitely return.
