Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was going through a hard time, and their kindness brought me to tears more than once. The rooms, venue, food and location were all beautiful and perfect, and I especially loved the salt water pool. A huge thank you to you all. That culture of kindness must come from good management.

The grill room served some of the best steak I’ve had in years, and every staff member was warm and genuine. The accommodation was charming and very spacious. One small suggestion: apartment 13 faced a lit stairway, so blackout curtains in the bedrooms would help. It didn’t bother us much for a one-night stay, but could make it harder to sleep well if staying longer.

We really enjoyed our visit. The garden and restaurant are lovely, the rooms are great, and the food was delicious. What stayed with me most was how kind everyone was.

We only spent one night here, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, and their care and attention made the stay lovely. Our room was a nice surprise, as we were upgraded from what we’d booked. The building has old-school decor, though there are also modern rooms in another block on site, including two-bedroom options. Breakfast was very good, with cheese, cold meats and cooked choices, and our waitress was especially helpful and friendly. We’d like to try dinner at the in-house restaurant next time. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
