I really enjoyed staying here. The service was so friendly and spot on, and breakfast came out quickly and was wonderful. It’s a beautiful place, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

I booked two rooms for a week at about 11:00 yesterday morning and sent over a few questions. Their replies made it clear to me that customer service wasn’t something they understood. By 2:30 that afternoon, I’d cancelled and found somewhere else.

They served us toast without asking how we wanted our bread. There wasn’t a breakfast menu either.

The place looks fantastic, but the service was very poor. When I asked about booking the five rooms on offer, the woman serving us sounded condescending and said, “you can book if you want i don't know.” Since her guest house was the only one available, I had to ask for a quote myself. It took five hours to arrive. When I got it and wanted to pay, she asked, “Can't you just go book somewhere else?”
