Ivory Lodge Bendor

I’d never recommend Ivory Lodge Hotel after how uncomfortable and unpleasant my stay was. The room felt unhygienic and neglected, and there was no comfort or value for money. The towels were torn beyond use, while the dirty, untidy pillows smelled bad and made it hard to sleep. The daytime receptionist was rude, bitter and unwelcoming, which made things worse. The gate was left wide open all the time, so there seemed to be no security. Even tissue paper wasn’t supplied unless you asked. When I booked at a better price through Booking.com, the staff reacted unprofessionally and said we couldn’t stay because of the booking. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

There’s a new premium club inside the lodge. Pop in and check out what they have 😋

The rooms were dirty even after they’d been cleaned, and the place didn’t feel welcoming. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful, shouting at customers and behaving unprofessionally. I wasn’t feeling well, and the attitude from the girl at reception upset me so much I felt like slapping her. I considered recording them, but couldn’t. Please teach the staff to treat customers properly. I’ll be honest with anyone who asks: I’m never going back.

I booked for myself and two children, but there was only one towel in the room. When I asked for more, I was told it was a single room and they had no other towels. The staff member was very rude. Parking by the rooms at the back is in poor condition and isn’t managed well. I’ve stayed here before, but I definitely won’t return.
