Swartberg Cottages

The place worked well for me, especially with my work and the shops nearby. It seems ideal for a stopover or a few days away with friends, and the facilities are lovely and definitely budget friendly. I arrived very late, well past my estimated time, but the owners and cottage manager still prepared for me and welcomed me courteously. A couple of small things: on a hot summer night, the A/C in my room didn’t cool effectively and seemed only to maintain room temperature. I also noticed spider webs on the ceiling and mosquito nets that weren’t very well serviced. Still, I slept well all night. Lovely hosts and a nice place, and I’ll definitely return.

Steve, the manager, is kind and friendly, and the owners should be proud of him. He deserves a bonus. The rooms are neat and clean, and the service was excellent. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Prince Albert. I recommend the place to everyone, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for having us, we loved it.

Guest privacy is top notch, and the quiet atmosphere, rooms, and service made for a really great weekend. I can't find words for how good it was. I’d recommend Swartberg Cottages.

The location is nice and central, close to the shops. We had an amazing time at the guesthouse, with great service from Martiens and Steven, who was there whenever we needed him. I also loved the dog on the property. It made us feel safe and welcome.
