She greeted us with a smile even though it was 11 at night, and the host was really friendly. The room was better than most three-star hotels, with premium DSTV. The self-catering kitchen was spotless. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen facilities are proper. Staff were friendly and efficient, and there’s air conditioning for a little extra. Hot water runs on gas. Parking can get tricky if people need to change their schedules, but they always find a way to make it work.

We’d booked a night well ahead and came from Durban, but on arrival we were told the place was full. I’d phoned Mrs Rasmussen the day before to confirm. Without an apology or explanation, we were hurried off to another self-catering place two doors from Cozi Corner. We’d specifically paid to stay at Cozi Corner, so the way this was handled felt unprofessional. They won’t get our business again.

Cozi Corner was a pleasure to stay at, and the hospitality was great. The rooms were clean and easy to use, and I’d recommend the place to anyone. One thing they could add is Wi-Fi for guests.

Even with the cold Queenstown weather, we were snug in the family unit. It was clean and elegant, and everything they said would be provided was there. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Such a lovely visit to Cozi Corner.
