Green Side Accommodation

The place is lovely, quiet and cozy, and even has a play area for kids. At breakfast, some guests were very noisy in the dining area and nobody told them to stop.

The guest house is beautiful, with lovely rooms and a nice view of the golf club, which has a restaurant. There’s also a pool, braai and chill area. The place itself is really beautiful, but the staff need training. I couldn’t tell if they were angry, sad or had been told not to talk to customers. They didn’t greet or respond when I spoke to them.

The rooms are very clean, and the cleaning staff really do their job well. I liked the beautiful bathroom with its shower and interior painting, and the reception was efficient. The breakfast lady is the best, and there’s a bar too, which is perfect. Privacy is great, though the space might feel small if all rooms were occupied. The pool is average in size and suited to fewer than six people. DStv only has five channels, and WiFi is available but slow.

I really like the room, and the breakfast was good, with something different each day that I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a very decent place, and they clean the room well when you ask. The reason I’m giving it three stars is that they opened my door twice without knocking. Basic etiquette is to knock and check if someone is inside, even when there’s no do-not-disturb sign. I could’ve been naked. Please knock.
