Reyem and his staff made us feel so welcome that we’d gladly stay at Lidiko Lodge again. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. They showed us around the neatly kept tropical garden and the nicely decorated rooms. St. Lucia is a lovely place, with plenty of animals, including hippos and rhinos. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, with no odd smells or cheap shortcuts. Breakfast was the kind you look forward to getting up for. Everything at Lidiko Lodge felt organized and well cared for, and the staff seemed happy to be there. My stay in St Lucia honestly exceeded expectations. If you want an easy, enjoyable stay, this is the place to book.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. The beach was breathtaking when I went for a run, and there’s plenty to do around this delightful town, from safaris and boat tours to local restaurants within walking distance of the lodge. The hotel had lovely tropical gardens, very comfortable rooms, a great breakfast, and warm, friendly service.

The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully equipped, and the staff are efficient and responsive to requests. Getting to reception means climbing quite a few steps and walking uphill, even though the lodge is on Main Street. It’s a bit dark, and the poolside common area is very green. That gives it privacy, though the place could feel cheerier and more communal. Reception closes at 7:30 pm. Breakfast could be more considerate of vegetarians, with only shredded boiled or fried potatoes and toast available, and no omelettes.
