It was neat and otherwise a pleasant experience, but it needs some much-needed renovations, especially the showers.

The rooms were very good, the location was great, and the service was good too. The helpers even cleaned the room and washed the dishes while we were out. That really felt like service.

We had a quiet time and could talk business from the bedroom, the balcony, really anywhere. Seeing hippos was amazing. The location was the best, and the staff were amazing too. I’d take my in-laws and kids there.

The location is great, but the apartment needs an upgrade. The bathroom wasn’t up to scratch. It flooded after a shower, which made getting to the toilet difficult. The fan in the second bedroom didn’t work for our whole three-night stay.

The pool was lovely, but that was about the best part. There’s no Wi-Fi in the apartment, no tea or coffee, and no spare toilet paper in the rooms. Our room smelled musty until I sprayed it with cologne a few times. For a two-bedroom unit, I think we may have been overcharged. With so many other options nearby, I wouldn’t come back.
